Our services are currently available only for delivery within India. We do not accept international orders at this time.

You may be required to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Products & Pricing

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colors, or other content are completely accurate, complete, or error-free. Product packaging and specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice.

4.2 Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4.3 Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion. In the event of out-of-stock items after your order is placed, we will notify you and process a full refund.

5. Orders & Payment

5.1 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgment that we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5.2 Payment

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

5.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where available, COD orders are subject to additional verification. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain pin codes or order values.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Within 24 hours of placing the order: Cancellation is accepted without any charges. Full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• After 24 hours but before shipment: Cancellation may still be possible depending on order processing status. Contact us immediately at support@thehomeco.in.
• After the order has been shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

To cancel an order, email us at support@thehomeco.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, delivery areas, and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the logistics provider, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure events, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

8. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund process is governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key highlights:

• Return window is 2 days from the date of delivery
• Returns are accepted only for defective or wrong products
• Photo or video proof of the defect/wrong item is required
• Refunds are processed after return verification
